와이파이-진(WIFI-Zine) 출판사는 ◯◯◯ 총서를 함께 출간하실 저자, 기획자, 아무나를 모집합니다.

와이파이-진이란!? : 거리에서나 카페에서 또는 지하철에서 와이파이 신호를 검색하다가, 재미있는 이름의 와이파이 신호를 만나고 호기심이 든 적이 있나요? 게다가 비밀번호도 없다면? 이건 위험해, 수상해, 하지만 신경쓰여, 궁금해. 이럴때, 와이파이 네트워크의 이름은 한줄짜리 메세지이기도, 인삿말이기도, 미끼이기도 하죠. 와이파이-진은 호기심과 놀라움에 이끌린 사람들이 내가 만든 오픈 와이파이에 접속했을때, 내가 말하고 싶은 이야기를 담고 있는 웹진을 보여주는 초소형 와이파이 공유기에요. 이게 어떻게 가능하냐구요? 간단해요, 도서관이나 카페에서 인터넷 사용하려면 연결하고 팝업창이 떠서 동의를 구한다던지 아이디와 비번을 넣는 경험해보셨죠? 이것을 역이용 해서 와이파이-진을 만들수 있답니다!

와이파이-진은 공유기의 전파가 도달할 수 있는 물리적 거리에서만 접속하고 읽어볼 수 있어서, 신호가 놓여지는 특정한 장소, 그리고 그곳에서 마주치는 소수의 사람들에게 비밀스런 방식으로 말을 거는 것이라고 할 수 있겠네요. 언제나 모든 곳에, 모든이들을 위해 연결되는 인터넷의 웹진과는 사뭇 다르죠?

와이파이-진 ◯◯◯ 총서 시리즈에 어떤 내용/읽을 거리 넣어 보고 싶은 사람, 제작자분들 참여해주셔서 하나씩 만들어 보아요. 10권을 줄세워서 WIFI-Zine 총서를 완성해요!

오☁️완 02 - the WIFI-Zine publishing house📚

The WIFI-Zine publishing house is looking for authors, organizers, and anyone else who would like to contribute to the ◯◯◯ anthology.

What is WIFI-Zine?? : Have you ever been searching for a Wi-Fi signal on the street, in a cafe, or in the subway and come across a Wi-Fi signal with a funny name and become curious? It seems dangerous, and suspicious, but you care, you're curious. In such cases, the name of the Wi-Fi network is a one-line message, a greeting, a lure. A WIFI-zine is a tiny Wi-Fi router that displays a webzine with the story you want to tell, when people who got curious and attracted connect to the open Wi-Fi you created. How does this work? It's simple, you've probably connected to the internet at a library or cafe and had a pop-up window ask for your consent or to enter your username and password. You can use the same process to create a WIFI-Zine!

A WIFI-Zine can only be accessed and read within the physical distance of the router's radio waves, so you can say that it speaks in a secret way to the specific place where the signal is placed and to the few people you meet there. It's quite different from the webzine on the Internet, which is always connected everywhere and for everyone, right?

Anyone who would like to create a WIFI-Zine to the WIFI-Zine ◯◯◯ anthology, please participate and make one. Let's line up 10 volumes to complete a WIFI-Zine anthology!

March 10 (Sun) / 16 (Sat), 1-3 pm (KST) (2 sessions)

Participation fee : 50,000 KRW (includes WIFI zine module + 3d printing of the cover)

우루루에서 #오☁️완 을 시작해 봅니다

오☁️완

'오늘 운동 완료!'를 의미하는 말인 오운(🏃‍♀️)완은 오늘의 안녕을 스스로 점검하는 것이면서, 오늘의 할 일을 해냈다는 자부심의 선언이기도 하고, 오늘을 함께 사는 누군가에게 건네는 초대이기도 합니다.

구름 운雲의 오운(☁️)완은 구름이라는 개념 아래 오늘 우리가 살아가고 있는 여러가지 상황들을 지시합니다. 나와 너, 우리를 매개하는 클라우드와 인터넷, 반려종이자 사이보그인 우리들의 몸과 그 주변 생태계, 기후위기를 겪고 있는 지표면의 날씨와 환경, 전쟁과 빈곤과 혐오가 끊이지 않는 지정학적 위기 등...

이제 구름은 일상이 되어가고 있지만, 그럼에도 불구하고, 우리가 함께 했을때 조금 더 나은 미래가 가능하지 않을까요? '오늘 운동 완료!'를 외치는 몸이 하루 아침에 만들어지는 것이 아니듯, 서두르지 않는 마음으로 길고 긴 터널과도 같은 시간을 함께 지나며, 읽고△만들고△움직이며 다른 존재가 되어가는 여정에 초대합니다. 𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟

O'un (🏃‍♀️) wan, which means "Today's workout is done!" is a self-check of one's well-being, a declaration of pride in having accomplished today's tasks, and an invitation to share today's workout with someone else. In the O'un (☁️) wan, with the letter 雲(cloud), the concept of clouds dictates the different circumstances we find ourselves in today: the cloud networks and the Internet that mediate between me and you and us, our bodies as companion species and cyborgs and the ecosystems around us, the weather and environment on the surface of the earth in the midst of a climate crisis, geopolitical crises with wars, poverty, and hatred... Clouds are becoming a part of our daily lives, but nonetheless, wouldn't be a better future possible when we come together? Just as a body that shouts proudly "Today's workout is done!" doesn't happen overnight, we invite you to join us on this long journey through the tunnel, of reading, creating, moving, and becoming a different being. 𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟𓆟𓆝 𓆟 𓆞 𓆞 𓆝 𓆟
